SEEN-YOUR Bill!

Pheasant Ridge celebrated New Years on the first this year - (to make it easier for those travelling in).  Thanks to the Benson's (Bob & Kim), who generously created their now Famous Mexican specialities!

This was the perfect menu for a cold day - lots of spicy & flavorful foods - nachos, tacos, burritos & much more!  Everyone else helped out by bringing their favorite specialties, so there was a great variety to sample!

There were some great costumes that added to the Mexican theme!  Thanks to everyone that joined in & added a bit of warmth to the winter day!  Happy New Year to all & wishes for a great 2010!
