Good Food!

Great food & friends made for a good evening on Thanksgiving.

Everyone that happened to be at the resort that weekend was invited to join us in a Thanksgiving feast!  All brought some of their specialties to add to the buffet, which was quite large.  Pheasant Ridge provided individual turkeys for each family that participated in the grand dinner, that they all then got to take home for their own leftovers!

A nice evening was topped off by enjoying the new "Star Trek" movie in surround sound, while sampleing the many desserts that were also part of the buffet!
