Full Hook-ups, private or group lots, pop-up & tenting with private toilets available. (We are one of the few campgrounds that stay open ALL YEAR, and we still hold events through the fall & winter seasons.)

Pheasant Ridge Resort is hidden amongst the forested ridges and valleys outside of Black River Falls. Its your special hide-away from the city & pressures of day to day life. We are located in what is known as the "driftless" or "un-glaciated" area near the Mississippi. The glaciers carved out their way more towards the middle of Wisconsin, so this area retained its "mountainous" terrain. Also known as the "Coulee Region", it makes for spectacular views, clean air, brillant blue skies and starry nights!

We take the worry out of setting up your camper!  Who wants the stress of parking, leveling and setting up your camper when you're supposed to be on vacation?  Overnite camping includes assistance with all the mundane tasks (parking, leveling, set-up) along with a deck, firepit, picnic table on your site.  Fishing in our stocked ponds is included (no license needed), hiking, biking, and peace & quiet!  Start your vacation the RIGHT way with Pheasant Ridge!  (all at ony $35 per night)

Private Tent Sites Available:  Beautiful scenery - find yourself in the woods under the starry skys on your private site.  Some with electric (or you can go rustic).  Private porta-potty can be provided on your site. Enjoy nature & hike our bountiful trails.  (starting at $15 per night)

May 30, 2010, Memorial Day Floatilla: Make a floatable raft or boat using empty milk jugs & race across Trout Pond.  This is the official start to the the summer season, so it is an event not to be missed!  Don't want to race?  - sponsor a boat & help by contributing empty milk jugs!  Contestants & audience all have a great time at this annual event.  Start saving your jugs!!!!

 June 19, 2010, Canoe Trip:  A trip down the Black River that is scenic & peaceful!  Canoes & shuttle service available from the resort.  Pack a picnic & dont forget your camera - there's so much to see!
