For those of you that enjoy golf, we are lucky enough to be close to several fine courses to play at.  A few members planned an outing Aug.1-2.  Part of the Pheasant Ridge Golf League participated (those that joined play a differant course each month & put in their scores throughout the summer), and some of us were along just for the fun of it!

The first day was played at the Ettrick Course - which is a beautiful scenic course.  Combined with the lovely cool weather, it was a perfect day for golf and just enjoying the outdoors!  The second day we tried River Bend course which is also very beautiful, and though it was a bit warmer everyone still had a great time!

Golf is just one of the many activities that can be enjoyed near Pheasant Ridge Resort.  You don't have to be a pro to join in on one of the outings that pop up, or make your own outing - its easy to find someone to go along and make a new friend along the way!
