On 02/23/08, Pheasant Ridge had its first annual Weekend at Bernies Fondue Party to break up the winter blues.

We had a great time with many special recipes and fine beverages (courtesy of our local Super Brewery, Sand Creek).

The event was held in the Main Lodge, with many members braving the drive in the crazy weather!  They all shared secret fondue recipes from exotic cheeses with breads to anchovies & vegetables, shrimp, & a variety of meats.  Topping it off was a decadent mocha with strawberries & bananas.

Sunday we gathered at Duffys Bowling in Galesville for another fun afternoon!  Once again we thank Duffy for the hospitality and a perfect ending to a winter weekend!
